Monthly Coaching
After gaining greater clarity from the Discovery Session into your direction and purpose, we get to work by meeting (digitally) once a week to focus on your top priorities. You will learn to navigate over hurdles and let go of old habits to make space for new ways of being and doing. Much of the coaching happens in between sessions, as this is where you get to take what we discuss in our sessions into your real life. I offer direct communication between sessions to support you as questions, challenges and successes arise.
Health and Wellness Coaching cultivates sustainable change and success. We will discuss in your Discovery Session what you see for yourself in terms of how long you’d like to work together to facilitate the change you wish to see in yourself, health and life. Whatever you choose, Monthly Coaching is an ideal option if you prefer to pay per month.
